Eating Healthy Without Spending Too Much
Eating healthy does not have to cost much. In fact, in many cases eating healthy foods can be less expensive.
Beans are one of the best foods available, and can be used in a large number of ways to provide great nutrition at very little cost. For under a dollar a pound, beans can be one of the least expensive healthy foods a person can eat.
Eating out is expensive no matter where you go to eat. Cooking healthy food at home will work out to be much cheaper. A good meal can be prepared for as little as $2.50 per person, compared to fast food or a sit down meal that cannot be had for less than $5.00 per person.
Fruits and vegetables can be purchased from farmer's markets at great savings. Buying from warehouse stores in bulk can also provide great savings on your grocery bill. Taking a sandwich and a piece of fruit or two to work for lunch will add up in savings very quickly.
Much Success!
